The quality of the cream should be judged from the following points:
1. Shape: After the package is opened, the original shape is still maintained, there is no oil spillage, and the quality of the cream with smooth surface is better; Unevenness, skewness, and surrounding depressions are poor creams.
2. Color: high-quality cream is transparent and pale yellow. Otherwise poor quality cream.
3. Smell: High-quality cream has a special aroma. If there is a sour or odor, it is spoiled cream.
4. Smoothness: When high-quality butter is cut with a knife, the cut surface is smooth and no water droplets are present. Otherwise poor quality cream.
5. Temperature: The cream must be stored in a refrigerated device, and the suitable temperature is -5 to 5 degrees Celsius. Therefore, when purchasing, you should check whether the temperature of refrigerated commodity display cabinets and other refrigerated equipment meets the storage conditions below 10 degrees Celsius.
6. Taste: high-quality cream can be melted in the mouth without roughness; otherwise, it is inferior cream.
7. Date: Look at the date of manufacture. Generally, the cream is below 10 degrees Celsius, and its flavor will not change within 6 months of storage.
